Paula Melbourne is a qualified Career & Leadership Coach, with 20 years' experience as an HR talent leader with major multi-national corporations in finance, technology, professional services and consulting sectors.  Paula supports clients across multiple sectors and jurisdictions to transform their careers and their lives, drawing on her extensive experience in the area of Global Mobility. She also provides leadership coaching to support executives on leadership development programmes and delivers diverse HR advisory projects. 

She is British-Canadian and has lived and worked in Canada, Bermuda, UK, Russia, Hong Kong and France. She relocated to Spain in 2018.

Paula holds undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Canada and a Master's degree in Human Rights from the UK. 

She is a qualified behavioural interviewer and assessor, with certifications from Novations, SHL, MBTI and Thomas International. 

She speaks intermediate French and Spanish.
