How do I know if I am ready or suited for career or executive coaching?

If you feel frustrated in your current role, bored, stagnant and unmotivated, and have already thought about making a change, or feeling insecure and unprepared to execute your role, you are well suited to career coaching. If you have been let go at your last company, you will be focused and ready to find a new great opportunity. If you have already decided your new career path, you simply need guidance and structure to help you pursue it. If you are unsure, but ready to explore you are suited and ready!

What results can I expect?

You can expect a full understanding of your skills, talents, achievements, passions and motivations. You will understand any obstacles and follow a clear plan to overcome them. How long does it take?

Every client is different, as is their career transformation journey. Some results can arrive quickly, such as clarity on an idea and new career direction, in a few sessions. The full career coaching journey of all 5 steps usually takes at least months. The pace is set around a client's situation, needs, goals and availability.
