She is uniquely placed to connect coaching clients to individuals and opportunities for mutual benefit. There is a fixed referral fee of €5000 for a successful placement, regardless of seniority of role or compensation. This fee is sometimes paid by the client, sometimes by the hiring organisation, or the individual client. It can also be shared.
